Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
• Possess or be able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to transport students as required.

Responsibilities

• Follows all rules, policies and procedures of Currituck County Schools.
• Assists in reinforcing material and skills based on individual students’ needs.
• Monitors safety and well‑being of students and encourages self‑esteem.
• Maintains confidentiality of student information.
• Trains and coaches students to meet job standards and monitors progress.
• Transports students as required via school transportation.
