Job summary

RBR Alliance, Inc. seeks a Career Coach to provide career development and employment support for students with disabilities through school partnerships. You will help explore career paths, develop job skills, and connect families with services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with schools and VR partners, supporting transition planning, and implementing supported employment programs. A flexible schedule and local travel are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and one-year related experience or Bachelor degree in human services.
• Related experience in special education, supported employment, and/or transition service delivery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide career development and employment support services to students with disabilities through school-based and community partnerships.
• Help students explore career paths, develop job skills, and achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
• Coordinate with schools, families, and service providers for transition planning and case conferences.
• Support internship development, work-based learning opportunities, and workplace readiness.
• Maintain documentation and track student progress and outcomes related to employment and transition goals.
