Job summary

St. Louis Arc in St. Louis, MO is seeking a part-time Transition Advisor to support transition-aged individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This hourly role offers 5–10 hours per week at $19 per hour and provides meaningful, hands-on work in a supportive nonprofit environment. You will lead one-to-one sessions, adapt curriculum for classes, help participants achieve goals, and complete monthly evaluations while fostering independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, special education, non-profit management, or related field preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with transition-age individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred
• Willingness and ability to learn various technology platforms and effectively teach participants how to use them

Transition Advisor is a part-time (5-10 hours/week) hourly role earning $19/hour
