Job summary

Rock Region METRO is hiring a Service Technician to perform daily servicing and cleaning of METRO vehicles and equipment. Responsibilities include driving, parking, and relocating vehicles, as well as sign installation and adherence to safety rules.

Requires CDL eligibility, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record. Education of a high school diploma is required, with the ability to pass a background check, medical exam, and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have the ability to obtain Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement.
• Good driving record and pass pre-employment background check, a DOT medical exam, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily servicing of METRO vehicles and equipment, including fluids and interior/exterior cleaning.
• Drive and park METRO vehicles; relocate vehicles and direct traffic into the METRO division.
• Install/remove interior METRO signs and operate vehicles in compliance with policies and laws.
