Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum four years in engineering projects, including three years of project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing transit vehicle procurements or federally funded capital projects preferred.
• Experience with transit agencies, vehicle manufacturers, or rail systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of bus, light rail, and vehicle capital projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as liaison with internal departments, agencies, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk registers for projects.
• Oversee manufacturing, inspections, testing, and compliance with contracts.
