Allied Universal in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Driver. You will patrol, monitor, and assist passengers at a public transportation location, delivering professional customer service and maintaining a safe environment for riders and staff.

You must have a valid driver's license, at least one year in security, and a high school diploma. The role offers a daytime-to-night shift pattern with competitive hourly pay and benefits through Allied Universal.

Competenze

• At least one year of experience in a security-related role is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency response activities as directed.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized entry or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation while maintaining professional communication with the public and onsite personnel.
