Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel at transit facilities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances calmly and report per procedures.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or violations.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications.
