Allied Universal in San Jose, CA is hiring a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR Ready. You will serve and safeguard clients across government and transit environments, conducting vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining visible presence, and assisting riders, visitors, and staff while representing our caring culture.

This full-time, hourly position offers a 4:00 PM–12:00 AM schedule, driver’s license requirement, CPR preferred, and background screening.

Competenze

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service to transportation staff, passengers, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols.
• Prepare accurate reports and coordinate with supervisors and responders.
