Job summary

PalAmerican Security is seeking a Security Officer in Redmond, WA. The role requires at least 2 years of security or military experience, a valid Washington State Security License, and a clean driving record.

You will engage with the public, complete detailed incident reports, and maintain safety for staff and visitors. Successful candidates will undergo a 5-day paid training course in Renton and receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security or military experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Be 21 years or older.
• Proof of High School diploma, GED or higher education required.

Responsibilities

• Walk and stand for prolonged periods.
• Wear body armor, duty belt with handcuffs, baton, radio, flashlight, and first aid kit.
• Engage in high volume face-to-face public interactions.
• Write detailed and accurate reports on incidents.
• Maintain a physical presence as a deterrent to illegal activity.
• Ensure safety and security of site staff and visitors.
• Provide empathetic approach to managing escalated situations.
• Contribute to the overall experience by providing superior customer care.
