Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Trainer in the transportation industry is preferred.
• Must complete company certification program.
• Ability to respond to unanticipated events to ensure customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement training programs for transportation personnel.
• Supervise and evaluate driver trainers' job performance.
• Conduct Driver Safety Meetings and investigate incidents.
