Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience as an Office Engineer for rail/transit projects.
• Experience using Procore for document control and project administration.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and review submittals and deliverables including schedules, RFIs, and drawings.
• Coordinate project reviews and meetings with user groups and third parties.
• Provide estimating, budget, scope development, and change order support.
• Perform document control using Procore and related databases.
• Prepare reports and monitor project status and invoices.
