Job summary

SRE Engineering D.P.C. is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for upcoming NYC transit projects. The role involves leading QA/QC reviews, audits, and corrective actions across civil and structural disciplines.

You will work with project managers, resident engineers, and quality managers to monitor performance, maintain records, and drive continuous quality improvements on high-profile rail projects in New York.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience in civil/structural inspections and testing.
• QA/QC or Quality Management experience in construction; rail transit project experience preferred.
• BS in Engineering or related field; HS diploma/equivalent accepted.
• ASQ certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews of submittals per project procedures and compliance.
• Coordinate with PMs, RES, and QMs to monitor performance and records.
• Create and maintain project audit schedule and conduct quality audits.
• Issue corrective actions and monitor compliance for improvements.
• Monitor QA/QC programs and provide training to support quality initiatives.
• Attend and chair project quality meetings and assist with management.
• Follow company and project safety protocols.
• All related duties as assigned.
