Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience within the Transit/rail engineering industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Professional Engineering License, MA license preferred.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and construction management, as required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for all aspects of client and design-team management of commuter, and rail transit projects.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and monitor multidisciplinary projects with a high degree of technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Serve as Project Manager on small, medium, and large transportation projects.
• Prepare detailed transit and rail engineering designs and participate in proposal development.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct detailed QC reviews.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through the full project lifecycle.
• Mentor less-experienced project managers and provide training as planned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
