Job summary

You will direct major planning initiatives, coordinate with regional partners, manage consultants, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. This leadership role requires strong oversight, stakeholder engagement, and clear, board-ready communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in planning or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum years of transit project management experience and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state transit planning requirements and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a planning team across long-range, service planning, and policy work.
• Manage project portfolios, schedules, budgets, and consultant contracts.
• Coordinate with partners, agencies, and the Board on planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with FTA, FHWA, ODOT and related regulatory requirements.
• Present planning analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
