Qualifications

• Plan transit plans and studies, including direction and oversight of consultant work.
• Coordinate with CTtransit branded service providers and independent transit districts on planning initiatives and reporting.
• Develop and deliver data analyses and visualizations to support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of transit plans and studies and oversee consultant work.
• Coordinate with CTtransit branded service providers and independent districts on planning initiatives and compliance.
• Support service plan development, route evaluations, and operational improvements with partners.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources for extraction, validation, analysis and visualization.
• Prepare NTD submissions and routine performance reports with actionable insights.
• Produce technical analyses and written reports for federal and state requirements.
