Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant graduate program.
• Academic or job experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related area.
• Strong communication, safety, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to visit sites in the Boston area and support MBTA TOD.

Responsibilities

• Support TOD staff by organizing, collecting, and documenting construction information.
• Review drawings, work plans, submittals, and other construction documents with Project Managers.
• Monitor construction safety, asset delivery, and conformance with MBTA standards.
• Perform occasional site visits to ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in organizing, analyzing, and tracking TOD program data.
• Assist in quarterly reporting.
• Participate in team meetings, fieldwork, and other duties as needed.
• Provide courteous, professional service to internal and external customers.
• Additional location-specific duties as directed.
