Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Indiana CDL with Passenger and Airbrake Endorsements preferred; upload DOT/Testing history if available.
• Strong documentation of customer service experience and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate a transit bus in revenue and non-revenue service following IndyGo policies and traffic laws.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure safety equipment is functioning.
• Learn routes, stops, and fare structures within the service area and ADA requirements.
• Respond to passenger needs professionally and maintain a safe, punctual schedule.
