Job summary

• 3+ years in transit operations as a driver or in fixed-route/paratransit roles.
• 3–5 years customer service and 2+ years supervisory experience in transport.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fixed-route and flexible transportation operations.
• Ensure service reliability and safety; manage incidents and detours.
• Communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EOC for training and emergencies.
