Transdev in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist the Operations Manager in daily location functions. We are looking for customer service–oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules.
• DOT drug testing regulations may apply.

Aufgaben

• Verify proper uniform and fitness for duty.
• Coordinate bus rotation, trips and driver break times with CSR personnel.
• Monitor operator break windows for coverage and adherence to breaks.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication and training support.
• Perform operator safety evaluation ride checks and investigate incidents.
• Read maps and interpret transit rules and policies.
