Job summary

Rock Region METRO in North Little Rock, AR is hiring a Maintenance Tire/Utility Technician. This safety-sensitive role ensures tires are DOT compliant on transit and support vehicles.

Starting pay is $20.94 per hour (about $43,555 annually) with benefits including insurance, retirement plan, paid leave, and career advancement opportunities. Must hold a valid Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement within 120 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid Driver’s License.
• Experience operating commercial vehicles and using related tools.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tires and DOT compliance on transit and support vehicles.
• Perform grounds upkeep and routine facility cleaning tasks.
• Inspect shelters and report issues to supervisor.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment safely and professionally.
