Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in transit and transportation planning.
• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred, or comparable professional experience in Urban Planning/Transportation Planning or related field.
• Proficiency in GIS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite is required.
• Experience preparing analyses and reports such as transit plans and environmental/ transportation analyses.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed phases of planning work on major projects.
• Develop plans for transportation services, pedestrian/bikeway, and land-use improvements.
• Coordinate data gathering and analysis on transportation, environmental, economic, and social factors.
• Prepare and review transportation planning reports and environmental impact documents.
