• Authorize repairs and oversee diagnostics and repair processes.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager on equipment issues.
• Use fleet management software to assign work and track costs.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Prepare reports and data for management and union relations.
• Ensure adherence to labor agreements and CATA policies.
