Qualifications

• Six months as a Clerk 1 and educational development to the eighth grade.

Responsibilities

• Take travel reservations from existing consumers and coordinate with drivers.
• Help new consumers complete forms to apply for transportation services.
• Verify customer data, addresses, trip mileage, and reimbursement totals.
• Greet walk-ins, answer phones, and provide reliable information and service.
• Perform data entry, scan documents, and maintain filing systems.
• Meet deadlines and support case management staff with paperwork.
