Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide radio dispatch and fleet monitoring for fixed route and paratransit services.
• Coordinate daily schedules and shifts ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Provide paratransit scheduling and dispatch support.
• Perform administrative tasks, reconcile end-of-day transactions, and prepare reports.
• Be available for relief customer service duties as needed.
