Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of in-person customer service experience.
• Proficient with basic computer apps and able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, professional service to customers.
• Sell fare media and handle cash/electronic transactions accurately.
• Monitor online sales and process bulk ticket orders with accuracy.
• Provide accurate transit information and assist with trip planning.
