Shimmick Corporation seeks a Construction Manager based in Glendale, CA to organize, direct and supervise construction activities for the BRT project. You will oversee planning, design, and construction management tasks and coordinate with multiple teams across a 19-mile transit corridor with 22 new stations.

This leadership role requires extensive field supervision experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to meet schedules and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of field construction supervision experience.
• 2 years of experience in the General Superintendent position or demonstrated equivalency.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provides guidance within established policies and directs project teams.
• Establishes procedures affecting the immediate organization and project.
• Analyzes diverse factors and current business trends to resolve issues.
• Acts as adviser to subordinates to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
• May have budget responsibilities.
• Oversees project administration during construction, including technical, financial and client satisfaction aspects.
• Develops, coordinates, and executes planning, design, and construction management activities daily.
