Job summary

HNTB, a leading transit architecture and design studio, seeks an Architect with a Bachelor's in Architecture and at least two years of relevant experience to contribute to world-class transit stations and facilities in New York. You will collaborate with project architects, prepare design documents, and present design solutions to clients.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is required; rendering tools like Enscape, V-Ray, or Lumion are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and two years of relevant experience.
• Experience on architectural/engineering project teams to prepare design and contract documents.
• Ability to produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional architectural consulting in the planning, design and coordination of project assignments.
• Applies knowledge of architectural principles in a broad array of assignments; supports design decisions and methods.
• Responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's need.
