Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee RTC-owned transit amenities, signage and related facilities. You will supervise contractors, ensure timely completion, and maintain inventories and records for multiple bus stop sites across the Las Vegas area.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED with journey-level experience, the ability to operate tools and a vehicle, and strong coordination with vendors and internal teams.
**Although there is a salary range for this position, the candidate hired into this position will be hired at the bottom of the salary range.**

Performs a wide variety of skilled, journey-level duties in the maintenance of transit amenities and bus stop signage and provides oversight of contracted services related to the maintenance of transit amenities and bus stop signage.
Non-Exempt
May work shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Equivalent to high school diploma/GED and two (2) years of full-time professional journey-level experience in one or more of the trades, which must have included experience in oversight of contracted services.
Must possess and maintain a valid Class C Driver's License at the time of application.
Employment with the Regional Transportation Commission in this position contingent upon the results of a comprehensive background investigation, including qualifying education/experience verification, social security trace, criminal history records review, and driving history record check.
Employment is contingent upon the results of a physical examination performed by our examining physician, including a pre-employment drug screening.
Work is subject to performance in extreme environmental conditions and in areas of high traffic volume.
