Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Transient Sales Specialist for the Central Services RFP Assist team to lead transient sales strategy for an Essentials hotel portfolio. The role collaborates across Commercial Services and Hyatt's Essentials brand hotels to strengthen Hyatt's market position.

You will develop expertise in Hyatt's Transient tools and RFP processes, guide hotels on execution, and manage strategy and responses for participating properties while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a hotel or related field.
• Expert user of Cvent Transient.
• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Amadeus products (Agency360 and Demand360).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage upward with debate and consensus.
• Home office space required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong understanding of Hyatt's Transient tools and RFP process to guide hotels on execution.
• Manage Transient RFP strategy and response for participating hotels.
• Provide excellent service to hotels while maintaining a positive attitude.
