Job summary

The Resort at Summerlin in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Transient Revenue Manager to maximize revenue through strategic pricing, inventory control, and channel optimization. You will collaborate with Distribution, E-commerce, Marketing, and Operations to align with the overall revenue strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Finance and 3–5+ years in revenue management or hotel analytics, preferably in luxury properties.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3–5+ years in revenue management, group sales, or hotel analytics, ideally in luxury properties.
• Skills: Strong analytical, forecasting, and pricing strategy skills; Excel and RM systems proficiency; distribution channel knowledge; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maximize transient revenue across segments; develop short-term pricing aligned with demand and market conditions.
• Set and optimize retail pricing across room types and segments; manage dynamic pricing.
• Oversee inventory across channels; manage allocations and overbooking; optimize shoulder nights.
• Forecast demand, monitor competitor pricing, and improve OTA performance and brand.com contribution.
• Own performance for multiple market segments and coordinate with departments to align strategies.
