Qualifications

• Board-certified in Clinical Pathology and Transfusion Medicine with fellowship in Transfusion Medicine.
• Experience in laboratory management, policy development, staff supervision, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret transfusion-related laboratory data.
• Develop and coordinate transfusion medicine services.
• Develop laboratory policies and procedures.
• Supervise staff and ensure quality assurance.
• Interact with laboratory personnel, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate activities that support the care of the transfused patient.
