We are seeking a Transfusion Medicine Business Development Manager for the Gulf Region. This front-line, quota-carrying role involves selling Transfusion Medicine products within a designated geographic territory. The responsibilities include acquiring, converting, implementing, and retaining key accounts, working closely with Account Managers, Technical Specialists, and Strategic Account Executives. The territory covers South Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Tennessee.

Collaborate with distribution partners, marketing, Customer Enablement, field sales, and technical teams. Interact with Sales Leadership, Specialty Sales, Sales Administration, and other organizational units as needed.
Primarily outside sales in a home-office setting. Must have discipline and self-motivation to work remotely.
Must be able to travel up to 70%, maintain a valid driver’s license, and lift up to 25 pounds. Requires good vision, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand, walk, sit, and reach as needed.
The salary range is $94,000 to $140,000, plus incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Compensation is dependent on experience and other factors.
