The role partners with the Clinical Specialist to meet operational goals, implement programs, and support education within the laboratory services.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, ASCP or AMT certification, and at least 3 years of transfusion experience.

• Certification/Licensure ASCP or AMT certification.
• Experience 3 years of experience (required).
• Transfusion experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements new programs and instrumentation for discipline.
• Collaborates with Clinical Specialist to provide support to meet operational goals within established timelines.
• Participates in system wide assignments for respective discipline.
• Supports education and training within transfusion services.
