Qualifikationen

• Accredited bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or equivalent
• MLS certification with the American Society for Clinical Pathology or equivalent
• Three years of professional experience including one year as MLS 2 or equivalent

• Lead transfusion quality operations and workflows across the service.
• Provide bench support during staffing shortages or high-demand periods.
• Lead investigations, deviations, and root-cause analyses for patient-safety events.
