Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking a Production Assistant to perform routine electrical testing on transformers and verify quality using an automated test system. Responsibilities include connecting transformers to testing equipment, initiating sequences, applying labels, documenting results, and routing failed units for repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical testing on transformers using an integrated automated test system.
• Connect and disconnect transformers from testing equipment.
• Operate a computer-controlled testing system and initiate automated test sequences.
• Verify test completion and identify pass/fail results.
• Print and apply required product labels and documentation.
• Ensure serial numbers and part numbers match before releasing products.
• Tag and document failed transformers for repair and maintain organized work area.
