Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and standardized procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Preferred: experience with computerized equipment or automated production systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical testing on transformers using an integrated automated test system.
• Connect and disconnect transformers from testing equipment.
• Operate a computer-controlled testing system and initiate automated test sequences.
• Verify test completion and identify pass/fail results indicated by the system.
• Print and apply required product labels and documentation.
• Verify serial numbers, part numbers, nameplate information, labels, and work orders match before release.
• Tag and document failed transformers and route for repair.
• Move transformers between workstations as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
