Sunbelt Solomon, located in Solomon, KS, is seeking a Disassembly Technician to safely disassemble single-phase transformers using hand and power tools in a fast-paced team environment that emphasizes safety and efficiency.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, requires a high school diploma (preferred) and experience with small hand tools; you will disassemble and sort transformer parts for reuse or scrap, support monthly operations goals, and help teammates resolve questions while maintaining

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred.
• Experience with small hand tools required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
• Strong work ethic and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble transformers and sort parts for reuse or scrap.
• Safely operate equipment such as a hoist and forklift.
• Support monthly operations goals and production targets.
• Complete daily/weekly production/output levels.
