Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regs Stacker for the 3rd shift at our Nacogdoches, TX facility. Core hours are Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.; overtime may be required.

The role involves assembling transformer components, following drawings, labeling units, and transporting finished assemblies. Benefits include health and retirement programs available from day one. Responsibilities include loading cores and coils, stacking, testing with a TTR Tester, and performing rework to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX will be considered.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration or visa arrangements (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.).
• Preferred: previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble main, PT, and Reactor cores and related sub-assemblies per customer specs, blueprints, and BOMs.
• Follow engineering drawings to assemble connections.
• Load cores and coils onto stacking line and stack around coil legs.
• Label units with order numbers and secure with steel banding.
• Build sub-assemblies per OPS and quality standards using calibrated tools.
• Operate brazing equipment and test finished units with a TTR Tester, addressing issues.
• Perform rework on damaged or defective parts to meet quality standards.
