Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Regs Stacker - 3rd Shift for our Nacogdoches, TX facility. Core hours are Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with potential overtime. The role pays $21.00 per hour plus a $1.35 shift differential.

Work involves assembling main, PT, and reactor cores, loading cores onto stacking lines, labeling and securing units, and ensuring quality by testing and completing sub-assemblies per standards. Health and wellness benefits apply from day one.

Qualifications

• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within the 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility will be considered.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble main, PT, and reactor cores and related sub-assemblies per customer specs, drawings, BOMs and SOPs.
• Load cores and coils onto the stacking line and stack around the legs of coils.
• Stack units onto pallets and label with order numbers for shipping.
• Operate tooling and equipment, perform rework as needed to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment and ensure safe material handling.
