Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with heavy mechanical or electrical assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble transformer components per blueprints and specifications.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to move large parts.
• Train new operators and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Support quality checks and packaging for shipment.
• Collaborate with supervision, engineering and QA teams.
