HPS Micron Group LLC is seeking a Coil Operator I to join the Coil Assembly Team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will operate winding and related equipment to produce high-quality transformers, measure parts with precision tools, and perform routine quality checks to meet production timelines.

In this role, you’ll work independently and as part of a team, following safety protocols and 5S practices. Strong English communication, reliability, and punctuality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow safety procedures and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Proficient with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Able to interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) and Order Management Sheets (OMS).

Responsibilities

• Produce quality transformers according to standards and timelines.
• Use winding machines and precision tools to ensure dimensions.
• Perform quality checks on finished work and maintain cycle times.
• Monitor equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with team and communicate production status to supervisors.
