Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Jefferson City, MO is seeking an Hourly Team Member to manufacture single-phase and three-phase padmount transformers. You will operate fabrication processes, assist with assembly, and maintain quality and safety on the shop floor.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work any shift with overtime, and reliable teamwork. Prior welding or manufacturing experience is preferred, and candidates must have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Steel fabrication, welding, internal electrical assembly, component marshalling, core coil assembly, coil winding, painting, cabinet assembly, final assembly and repair positions.
• Operation of machinery & equipment used in transformer manufacturing and operating forklifts.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
