Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions in a heavy manufacturing setting to perform tasks.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Use drawings to wind, assemble, and fabricate products.
• Manually assemble materials used in transformer manufacturing.
• Operate semi-automatic and manual winding machines.
• Run cranes and forklifts to move materials; keep records updated.
• Participate in continuous improvement and team meetings.
• Cross-train in multiple skills and assist in training others.
• Overtime and weekend work as required.
