Job summary

ITEC (a MacLean Power Systems Company) in Monroe, North Carolina is seeking an Assembler to join a fast-paced, safety-focused team. You will assemble and maintain transformers, following BOMs and inspecting quality to meet production goals.

The role is onsite in Monroe, NC with a competitive hourly rate and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and tool familiarity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and maintain transformers following BOMs and spec sheets.
• Splice and crimp leads; connect to terminal blocks.
• Load and unload tank assemblies; test finished pieces before oven placement.
• Maintain inventory and ensure cleanliness of tanks, parts, and coils.
• Log time and activity in the ERP system with accuracy.
• Collaborate within a team and adhere to safety procedures.
