Job summary

Jefferson College of Nursing invites applications for a full-time graduate faculty position at the Lehigh Valley instructional site. The role focuses on teaching graduate nursing students across classroom, simulation, online, and clinical settings, with contributions to curriculum development and program evaluation.

You will advise students and collaborate with faculty and clinical partners to ensure high-quality clinical experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated teaching experience in an accredited nursing program.
• Knowledge of teaching and learning strategies and curriculum development.
• Ability to evaluate student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Demonstrated collaboration with faculty, students, and clinical partners.

Responsibilities

• Teach and evaluate graduate nursing students across classroom, simulation, online, and clinical learning environments.
• Teach graduate nursing courses across programs including DNP courses as assigned.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership on curriculum planning and evaluation.
• Advise and mentor graduate nursing students and support academic progression.
