• Plans programs of study meeting student needs, interests and abilities.
• Creates a conducive classroom environment for learning and appropriate to student maturity.
• Guides learning toward district curriculum goals and communicates clear objectives for lessons and projects.
• Maintains accurate records as required by law and policy and communicates with parents as needed.
• Diagnoses learning challenges and seeks district specialist support as required.
• Participates in the contractually approved teacher evaluation process and district meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree with appropriate license
