Qualifications

• Experience writing IEPs and Behavior Plans using IEP Online.
• Knowledge of state and federal special education laws and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with paraeducators, therapists, and families to support student progress.
• Design and monitor IEPs and BIPs, using data to inform instruction.
• Differentiate instruction for students with moderate to severe disabilities.
• Maintain confidentiality and effective communication with stakeholders.
