Responsibilities

• Create and adapt lesson plans aligned to curriculum with grade-level team.

• Uphold strong classroom management and routines.
• Support diagnostic and progress monitoring testing at the school.
• Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet objectives.
• Update student performance trackers to inform planning.
• Participate in school, departmental and parent meetings.
• Engage in school events beyond regular hours.
