Job summary

The Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership seeks a dedicated middle/high school educator to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction and to foster a strong sense of belonging for all students. You will work collaboratively, use data to drive planning, and support families through regular communication.

Massachusetts DESE licensure is required or a licensure waiver may be available; a bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Requires MA DESE licensure or eligible for licensure waiver.
• Bachelor’s degree required for teaching assignment in MA.
• Demonstrated ability to support a range of learners through strong instruction and relationship-building.
