Qualifications

• Two years of full-time experience in a mental health setting.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for the two years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 and psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients to identify problem areas necessitating treatment.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and discharge planning.
• Oversee overall treatment plan implementation with nursing staff for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure client progress and outcomes.
• Support program goals and maintain documentation per regulatory standards.
